A form or a questionnaire allows us to receive information from a visitor in an organized and convenient way.
How do I build a new form?
In order to build a new form, please complete the following procedure:
"Tool List" >> "Forms" >> "Add/Edit Form". Here you should define general form settings. It is recommended to browse through the settings in order to see in what way each setting affects the form.
Explanation and illustration:
Let us add a feedback form to our website.
Upon adding the title and filling out necessary settings, press on “Update the form details and move on to the next step”.

Now, in a newly opened window, add fields you find relevant for your feedback form.
We shall add the following fields: Full Name, Gender, Phone No., E-mail, Date and Feedback Content.
1.Let us add the “Full Name” field >> Press “Add Field” to update
2.Let us add the “Gender” field to the form >> Press “Add Field” to update
3.In order to add “Phone no.” and “Email” fields, please follow the same instructions as in adding “Full Name”.
4.Let us now add the “Feedback content” field >> Press “Add Field” to update
5.In order to view your new form, click on “View the form as it appears on the website”
On completion we'll see the form we have just built:
It is advised to play with the possible fields in order to learn the system's possibilities more deeply.
How do I add my new form to different site menus?
Add a new page to your website (click here for instructions).
In the content editor window, click on the Gadget icon and select “Forms” in the window that will open up. Now you can choose the relevant form from the existing list.
Push the “Place in editor” button to the right of the form you want to add. After that arrange necessary settings and on completion press “Apply”.
