In order to add a new mailbox:
Enter the site manager >> “Tool List” >> “Site Profile” >> “My Domains” >> Click on the “Mailboxes” icon to the right of the domain name >> Click on “Add New Mailbox” >> Enter the name of the mailbox, its size and password >> On completion press “Apply”.
Viewing mailbox details and adding mailboxes
First, you have to know the details of each mailbox attached to your website:
Enter the site manager >> “Tool List” >> “Site Profile” >> “My Domains” >> Click on the “Mailboxes” icon to the right of the domain name >> Now you may view the details of each mailbox.
Receiving mail via webmail
If your domain is managed on our servers, you are entitled to use our webmail service to access your mail. Navigate to http://webmail.domain.com (replacing domain.com with your own domain). There you will be able to enter your mailbox and its password to gain access to your mail, in a simple and accessible mail client.
Receiving mail via mail software (e.g. MS Outlook)
The provided mailboxes are actually POP3/IMAP accounts which you can access via every mail software capable of accessing POP3/IMAP mailboxes. Several examples are Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Incredimail, etc.
The POP3/IMAP settings are as follows:
User-name: the mailbox itself (including @domain.com)
Password: the password you've defined while creating the mailbox
Incoming/outgoing mailserver: mail.domain.com (whereas domain.com is your domain)
SSL: no
"My outgoing server requires authentication...": yes, use same settings as the incoming server
Ports, if applicable: 110 for POP3 (incoming mail), 25 for SMTP (outgoing mail), 143 for IMAP
