Managing mailing lists

The Mailing List tool allows you to add a page, where each visitor would be able to leave their e-mail address and join the website's mailing list, by means of which the site administrator could send e-mail messages to all registered users simultaneously.

How do I add a mailing list?
"Manage Pages” >> Select the relevant menu >> “Add New” >> “Advanced Pages” >> “Add “Sign up to mailing list” page”.

Notice!
Alternatively, you can add the mailing list to your side menu. In order to accomplish this, go to “Tool List” >> “Side Menus System” >> “Add/Edit New Tool” >> Select “Mailing List” >> Define necessary settings >> On completion press “Apply”.

Once the mailing list sign-up page has been added, a visitor will be able to register by typing his/her e-mail address in the following box and clicking on “Send”.

Following this, a message will be sent to the visitor's mailbox. The message will contain a link by clicking which a visitor will confirm his/her registration to the website's mailing list.

Sending a message to the mailing list members

In order to use the Mailing List tool and send over e-mail messages to a number of addressees, you should previously purchase a messaging package.
Before acquiring the package you can send a test message to the site administrator in order to check the way your mailing list members will view the sent messages.

Sending a test message:
"Tool List”
>> “Mailing Lists” >> “Mailing List” >> “Send a test message to myself” >> Fill out “Subject”, “Sender's Name” and “E-mail address for responses” >> The message may contain any existing content of the website (page, album, form etc.) or free text.
You may view previously sent messages and their sending dates in the “Archives”.

Sending a message to mailing listed members:

You may send a message to all the members registered in your mailing list following the procedure described above, but be sure to select “Users in Mailing List” instead of “Test Message to Myself”. In the “Archives” you will be able to view the message and see the number of addressees who have opened it.

Note!
You can send a test message to yourself provided you already own a domain name.
